Payment Method

Please choose one of the following methods.

Credit card / PayPal

  • There are times when the price listed on the Store and the actual price may be different, depending on the merchandise you order and with certain combinations. In such a case, we will contact you by email with the total price after we receive your order.
  • The overall price (total cost) you pay includes consumption tax.
  • We cannot change or cancel your order after we receive payment.

  • Payments by credit card are processed only as one-time payments. Unfortunately, we cannot process "Bonus payments."
  • In consideration of security, the Store does not, in principle, send credit card receipts. Please check the bill sent from your credit card company.

PayPal

For safe and secure transactions, our company has adopted a system that substitutes credit card payments with "PayPal," in which you can use a credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and JCB partner cards). Anyone who has an email address and credit card can use this system.

  1. After completing your order, an email with information about your payment will be sent from the following PayPal email address: service-jp@paypay.com
  2. Click on the URL (web address) for payments listed in that email, where you can complete procedures for payment by PayPal.

You can choose to pay from your bank account, by credit card, or from your PayPal balance.

  • A PayPal account is required for payments by PayPal.
  • A credit card is required to register a PayPal account.
  • Payments by credit card are processed only as one-time payments. Unfortunately, we cannot process "Bonus payments."
  • If we do not receive payment within two weeks from the time the "Order Confirmation" email is sent from the Store, the order will be cancelled.
  • Product licenses will be sent to the email address registered with PayPal.
